HA-777 is a 100% active, aluminum-safe powdered detergent for spray cabinet and hot tank parts washers. It cleans aluminum, brass, copper, and other soft metals without the etching, pitting, or discoloration that standard caustic compounds cause on sensitive alloys — making it ideal for transmission shops, engine rebuilders, and machine shops cleaning mixed metals.

Formulated with a balanced blend of alkaline builders and foam inhibitors, HA-777 runs clean and low-foaming in recirculating spray systems, so it won't overflow your cabinet or clog spray jets. A built-in rust inhibitor protects both your parts and the steel cabinet itself from flash rusting between cycles.

No caustic soda. No sodium nitrite. No California Prop 65 warning. HA-777 gets soft metals clean without the harsh chemistry many competing powders rely on.

Cleans: aluminum, brass, copper, magnesium, cast iron, and steel
For use in: hot jet spray cabinets, closed cabinet washers, and hot soak tanks
Removes: grease, oil, carbon, machining residue, and grime

Dilution:

• Light soil — 1.3 oz per gallon (1%)
• Medium soil — 2.6 oz per gallon (2%)
• Heavy soil — 3.8 oz per gallon (3%)

Add slowly to water while the machine is running, then bring the heater up to operating temperature. Runs low-foaming at 130°F and above.
